Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policies & Procedures
Dear Subaru of London Guests,
We hope you have all been keeping safe and healthy during these unprecedented times.
Our Sales, Service & Parts departments are available to service your needs during the week *by appointment only*. Please note that during this time our customer lounge is closed and we are only accepting drop offs and pickups. Customers are not permitted to wait inside the facility while their vehicle is being serviced. We appreciate your understanding. Our hours of operation are as follows:
MONDAY to FRIDAY: 9:00 am – 6:00 PM
SATURDAY: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
SERVICE & PARTS
MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
SATURDAY & SUNDAY: CLOSED
We will not be operating our customer shuttle during this time due to obvious reasons, and walk-in appointments will not be accepted. We ask all visitors to please observe social distancing rules while on the premises. All precautions are being taken in order to keep everyone safe during business transactions.
The Parts department will be available for curbside pick-up only on the North side of the building.
Sales & Leasing is also available remotely through our virtual showroom at www.subaruoflondon.com which will accurately display all current New & Pre-Owned Inventory. Our sales representatives would be happy to assist with inquires and questions about our vehicles.
